Lantern Walk, on Friday November 6, is an outdoor procession of lanterns and song culminating in the St. Martin Play, which depicts Martin, a Roman soldier who shares his cloak with a shivering beggar. The lanterns in the lantern walk signify the bright rays of sun that we have captured in our hearts during summer that give us strength, courage and joy throughout the winter months ahead.

Advent Garden takes place on Friday December,4 . Each child walks through a spiral pathway of pine boughs, setting their lit candle down along the spiral thus creating a garden of light.

Maypole Celebration is a celebration of the rebirth brought on by the return of spring, when nature breathes out, plants rise, and the sun returns. The celebration culminates in traditional Maypole dances led by the children and accompanied by community musicians.
